Our refund and returns policy is subject to returns being completed by the easy process of returning items through the Amazon returns and orders tab section within your Amazon account. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, it may be necessary to contact the manufacturer using the product warranty available to your specific item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, check the Your orders section in your Amazon account and locate the product, on the right-hand side of the page you will see a return item tab.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior contact with them.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be offered either a replacement item, an amount credit, or a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please check your Amazon account and contact the returns department.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will receive a printable returns label simply print and take it to your nearest post office.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
